Shipping policy

We offer Australia wide shipping starting at $10 upwards (depending on the size and weight of products purchased). Upgrading to Express Shipping is available at checkout for a few dollars extra. FREE shipping is available for orders over $200 (Australia only).

We use Australia Post and you will be notified / emailed with the tracking number for your parcel once it has been dispatched (usually within 24hours from the time of purchase). Please keep an eye out also in your junk email inbox incase the notification has been rerouted there.

We package items using bubble wrap and/or cardboard to help protect them during transit, however take no responsibility if they have been mishandled during the delivery process and arrive damaged. If this occurs it will need to be taken up with Australia Post directly.
